| The Customer Contact Centre
(affectionately known as The Spike Room) gives clients
access to a fully equipped call centre for training, assessment
or campaign purposes. The multi-functional Spike Room
features eight workstations with computers; a whiteboard
and overhead projector, kitchen and bathroom facilities. |

| The light and spacious Training
Room is ideal as an off-site training environment
for groups of up to 15 people. With workdesks, a whiteboard
and overhead projector and audiovisual equipment, the
Training Room can also be used for meetings and workshops. |

| When you're out of room at the office,
you can book the Training Hub and have access to
a quiet environment featuring four computers suitable
for administrative work, campaigns and computer training
for staff.Specific applications can be installed and networked
across the four computers, emulating your work environment. |

| Careerlink's Conference Room
is suitable for groups of up to 12 people. Audiovisual
and presentation equipment can be hired from Careerlink
so that all your meeting and workshop needs are met. |

| The TeleTrainer provides a recording
facility for role-playing and training. Your staff can
play back their role-plays allowing for feedback and discussion
to help them improve their customer contact skills. |

| Unique to Careerlink, the Competency
Assessment Record Book provides trainees and their
managers with competencies and assessment tips and a progress
record that supports the trainee throughout the Traineeship. |
