Our Code of Conduct is built upon the foundation of our corporate values and our commitment to principle that a company must act as a responsible member of society.

Philanthropy
We're committed to a range of philanthropic works both locally and globally and are always ready to embrace a new challenge.
Careerlnk's philanthropic projects include those we endorse within our local community and those we participate in on a global scale.
As a group and as a business collective, there are projects we have chosen to support and those have largely existed to date on an international scale.
Then there are projects that individual staff members have chosen to support that take on a life of their own as they gain support and momentum from other staff members. Careerlink staff are encouraged to take one day's leave per year to use towards a charity or NFP of their choice.
Environment
We believe in creating a sustainable world for future generations. It's our world and we all need to play our part in its future.
Careerlink is serious about playing our part in creating a world that is sustainable. We stand by a range of practices and policies as practised in our office and our environment at large and we're committed to spreading the word to our staff, our business partners and our suppliers to get on board and embrace the environmental message.
It's our world and each of us needs to do everything we can to save it and ensure its viability for future generations.
Community
Community happens at all levels and we're proud to be a valued and contributing member of our community.
The dictionary defines community as a social group whose members share a cultural and historical heritage.
We like to think of ourselves as members of the world's community. There's a community spirit within the Careerlink office that extends to our clients and candidates, our suppliers and the not-for-profit and NGO's that we choose to support on both a local and global basis.
