OH&S Policy

Careerlink Training and Recruitment Services is committed to ensuring that all Permanent and Temporary Employees, Visitors and Contractors are safe from risks to their health and safety whilst at work. 

We are committed to continual improvement of safety performance and the elimination of workplace injury and illness by ensuring that work practices and procedures adopted throughout the company comply with the Acts and Regulations governing Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare.

The objectives of this policy are to ensure:

  • All relationships are based on fair, open and ethical principles
  • Risks to occupational health and safety are controlled and exceed OH&S laws and regulations
  • Safe systems of work are provided and maintained
  • Permanent and Temporary Employees are provided with information, training and instruction
  • Industry best practice standards with regard to occupational health and safety are observed at all times
  • Safety performance is continually reviewed and improved
  • Continuous improvement through measurement and reporting of OH&S performance
  • Engage our clients and employees to eliminate hazards, practices and behaviours that could cause harm
  • Display leadership in OH&S Management at all levels of the organisation
  • Set and strive for goals and targets to achieve continuous improvement in safety performance and
  • Regularly consult with our employees and clients to share our safety vision
