Michelle Cole

Spend a day in the Careerlink office and you immediately understand Michelle’s role. If she worked in a circus, Michelle would be the Ringmaster, the controller of the pace, the puller of the strings and the organiser of everyone in the place. Her role within the Careerlink family is multifaceted and includes everything from Training to Accounts to the keeper of Angela's diary; all of which is pulled together under the impressive title of Business Support Manager.

Adelaide born and bred, Michelle has been with Careerlink for nearly six years now and proudly claims the title of youngest in the office. When she’s not at work, Michelle loves to watch a bit of telly and lists NCIS and Supernatural as two of her favourite shows. She’s clearly also a music fan and says Dave Grohl from the Foo Fighters and Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam would be two of her dream dinner party guests. Oh and she threw in Johnny Depp for good measure – well really who wouldn’t! 

Michelle proudly admits to being a home body and revels in spending time with family, friends and her pooches. She is passionate about her two dogs Casper and Hurley aka little girl and big boy and it’s safe to say her dogs are the light of her life.
