Have you ever met someone who you just knew would take you under their wing and look after you? That’s Barb, the big sister of the Careerlink office. Aside from the ease with which she juggles temp staff from as few as 5 to as many as 95, Barb has a love for life and its written all over her face. The jury’s still out, was Barack or Barb who said it first “Yes we can!”

Barb's specialist role within the Careerlink team is Candidate Care and she oversees temp recruitment in both the public and private sectors. Having worked in recruitment since 2005 (after 15 years in admin roles supporting senior execs) Barb is a champion at building strong relationships with both her Clients and Candidates.

Outside of work Barb is passionate about her family & friends. Although she loves a good horror flick and is quite partial to the odd thriller, Barb is quite the romantic and lists Steel Magnolias as her favourite film and Gone with The Wind as her number one book. We suspect she might enjoy the odd comedy too because Barb loves to laugh. In fact she says laughing every day is one of her priorities in life.
